Our Marcos run true to U.S. sizes and are crafted to a standard length. The length varies only slightly between sizes. If you fall in the middle, or if you prefer a wider fit, we suggest selecting one size up.

Our coats and jackets are made of material that is stretchy. They have a lot of give and offer both flexibility and comfort in fit. Note that the parkas, whose outer shells are made of cotton, have slightly less stretch relatively.

We currently offer only whole sizes. We have many sizes available for each style. To find the best fit for you, use the corresponding sizing chart found on the product page.

Our coats are constructed according to European size run. We’ve converted to the approximate American size for your convenience, however, we encourage you to take measurements to find the best fit.

Use the sizing chart (which gives you the bust, waist and hip measurement) for each product as a guide to ensure the best match for your beautiful body!


All Marco Polo NY coats are designed in New York, made from genuine trim, high-quality faux shearling and other materials outsourced from different parts of the world.

The quality of Marco Polo NY jackets is because of the handmade aspects and close attention to detail by our skilled tailors.

Every Marco Polo NY coat, jacket or parka is sent to you with a protective travel/storage case. We recommend hanging and steaming the coat upon delivery. Coats should also be periodically dry cleaned to ensure faux leather remains supple and trim maintains luster. For parkas, you should remove the detachable trim/inner lining before dry cleaning where.


We currently ship to all 50 states and can assist with shipping internationally in certain cases.

After ordering checkout, processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Then one of our carriers takes care of your package the rest of the way. You’ll get a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. For orders within the contiguous US, packages usually arrive in 1-3 business days after notification of shipment. Please allow for longer shipping periods if outside the continental US.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not completely satisfied with anything you order from us, you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Any requests made after this period will not be granted. To qualify for a refund, coats must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. Please be advised that sale items are nonrefundable and qualify only for store credit. Yes! Our exchange policy is the same as our return policy above. Email within 14 days of receipt of product. We will cover shipping costs both ways and help you get the perfect fit.
